BMMI Restaurants Tea Training & Audit
I have provided a Service Audit Report and Tea Training for 15 staff members working in the front line in Amsterdam Café & La Vinotica Barcelona restaurants. The main purpose of the service was to provide an evaluation report on the overall performance of the restaurants in maintaining the high quality of tea preparing and serving. As well as enhancing the knowledge of the staff members in tea in order to provide a better service for the visitors.
